Located just north of downtown Houston, Thomas Street was first a railroad hospital for Southern Pacific Railroad. At one time, it was also a recovery clinic for cancer patients from The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. During the height of the AIDS epidemic in Houston and the United States, when a diagnosis with the disease was essentially a death sentence, Thomas Street Health Center opened in 1989 after much debate. (HIV stands for human immunodeficiency virus, the cause of AIDS, or acquired immune deficiency syndrome.

The Harris County Hospital District's Thomas Street Health Center is a freestanding HIV/AIDS treatment facility providing medical and psychological services to residents of Harris County diagnosed with HIV/AIDS. Thomas Street Health Center provides health care services for more than 26,000 patient visits
So it is obvious to see that this place has had it's share of death. There is even word that it was a childrens hospital at one time.The building was built back in 1910 and was built on what was army hospital grounds before it became a structure.While doing some on site research i spoke with a young lady that is an enviromental tech there and works during the night time hours..She has witnessed several Spirits while at work in this ancient landmark..She says that " she has seen a little boy with the brightest blue eyes" and he only comes out after all the doctors and most of the staff is gone for the night...she also has seen a railroad worker walking thru the hallways..He is unaware of her and or anyone around him and she feels this is a residual spirit..And as you know this is a clinic for AIDS patients and has served that function since 1989..One of the mentors here at the clinic that i spoke with said that they have patients that do pass away at the clinic and in celebration of their passing the staff releases a bevy of balloons in memory of the patient..so this hospital has a myraid of time dated spirits that roam the grounds..from 1910 to present day 2011, the spirits come from all walks of life..and Ghostheadfinder will help bring an awareness to the spirits here at this property..

This clinic was built on Army headquarters and was several other life affecting entities as well..As you can see when it was built back in 1910 it was a full sized hospital back in those days
Heres was my first hint at activity going on around the hospital..i had just gotten here and started taking pics..Although this may be attributed to lens flare, daytime Orbs is always a good start to an investigation...

Spirits can manifest themselves in solid form..this person looks awful pale..her face also looks contorted..
GHOSTHEADFINDER'S FINAL CONCLUSION: My conclusion is that this property is extremely haunted..Even during the day the paranormal activity is very abundant..The past history of death and sadness makes for a classic formula of spiritual beings to inhabit this area of land..this is just the first of many investigations to come on this historical marker of Houston,Texas....

Here is a closer look at him..He is wearing a black or brown suit..he has on a tie..he is standing very distinguished..He had to have be an administrator of the clinic at one time..

The spirit Orb..it has a face wedged on the inside..see the other two spirits behind it..my theory is that orbs are not only vehicles in which spirits move around in but they are also conduits to help other spirits make there presceance seen...
To me spirits use all means to make themselves known...there are many faces in this window...maybe stained over a period of time that spans 100 years...

This hospital has had many directors. And this establishment which has basically served the Houston community for many years ,would make sense that someone would stay around to ensure the quality of the hospital..And that is who i believe this man is..
